The quickest and easiest way is to use ClickRepair on the whole wav file. It's really quick and the best I've tried. You can try it out for 21 days before you have to buy it. Great Aussie program.

Please guys, don't use any noise reduction programs, just give it to us with all the crackles, noise and all. This is the way vinyl or tape is suppose to be heard, trying to remove such things just creates artifacts. BMG have done a major butchers job of the living in the 70's discs, becuase someone got to carried away, trying to denoise too many of the tracks.

Can we have a re-up please?

Well done! This is the sort of place 'real' compilations come from. The cover design that was prevalant in the 70's such as this along with the 'Ripper' trilogy, is unique and will never exist that way again.
I agree with the above comment - if there is crackle/hiss or any kind of 'analogue noise' leave it there. 'de-noising' may ruin the track and may make it sound worse than when it was originally recorded. I am impressed and I am a sucker for classic material such as these albums - they're quite rare now. 2 thumbs up! :o)
