Hello. I've only recently stumbled upon your blog but I have to say it's ruddy marvellous. Old chart compliation LPs have always been a passion of mine (well, not passion exactly, but I've always liked them) and I'm finding out about all sorts of ones I'd not even realised existed here. Skids, I don't recognize a handful of thes,e but these are I guess the British number one singles and not [my country] USA's. Still Cliff Richard made an overdue major debut [rhyme unintended!] in the USA in 1976 due to "Devil Woman", ironically about a few months after slide off the charts of ELO's "Evil Woman!"

I know virtually every track on this album! great stuff. Shame you had to hang up your PYE 3-in-1 stereo (kidding skids) - you will be missed.
